We're Johnny B’s Rolling Smoke, and we've been a premier bar and grill in Pardeeville, WI since 2015. We specialize in wood fire barbecue and homemade barbecue sauces. We offer indoor and outdoor dining, live music, a full bar, and catering services. We take pride in making everything from scratch. We have driven by in the past, this time we stopped. It was without a doubt, about time. It was really nice, and really really good. I had the pulled pork grilled cheese. I can't wait to get another one. Thanks for the delicious meal 😋!

Awesome surprise of a BBQ joint. Looks like an old auto shop and the layout is about on par with what you'll expect ha ha. Great place great food and great service. I can't wait to come back next year. Burger was perfect medium and the brisket cut with a fork like butter. Oh and I almost forgot the $3 rail whiskey old fashioned is a must.
