About Us

We're Johnny B’s Rolling Smoke, and we've been a premier bar and grill in Pardeeville, WI since 2015. We specialize in wood fire barbecue and homemade barbecue sauces. We offer indoor and outdoor dining, live music, a full bar, and catering services. We take pride in making everything from scratch. We are proud to have been voted best of the best for BBQ in northwestern Wisconsin. Awesome surprise of a BBQ joint. Looks like an old auto shop and the layout is about on par with what you'll expect ha ha. Great place great food and great service. I can't wait to come back next year. Burger was perfect medium and the brisket cut with a fork like butter. Oh and I almost forgot the $3 rail whiskey old fashioned is a must.
