About Us

We're Johnny B’s Rolling Smoke, and we've been a premier bar and grill in Pardeeville, WI since 2015. We specialize in wood fire barbecue and homemade barbecue sauces. We offer indoor and outdoor dining, live music, a full bar, and catering services. We take pride in making everything from scratch. We are proud to have been voted best of the best for BBQ in northwestern Wisconsin. We're looking forward to partnering with Portage, Wisconsin Dells, and Rio consumers to continue to offer a premier bar and grill experience. Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Grill closes at 5pm but we do have Pizza and Drink are available until 6pm!
